Due to continued growth and internal promotions, we are looking to welcome an experienced and passionate Service Delivery Advisor to our team.

A talent pool will also be created for future ongoing and temporary positions within NSW Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages.

As the Advisor - Service Delivery, you will spearhead, plan, and coordinate the Unit's resources to provide a cost effective, quality service to meet client needs and comply with legislative requirements. You will also guide and implement change while proactively managing conflict and assisting teams to develop a clear understanding of impending adjustments along with managing complex range of issues.

To be successful in this role you will:
