- Term Contract Part Time up to 12 months
- 2 x positions that will be job sharing, 2.5 days per week each
- $71,726 (pro-rated) per annum plus Superannuation

The purpose of this role is to assist in the development, planning and delivery of our Equal Employment Opportunity Strategy.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- A relevant degree qualification in Business, Human Resources, Change Management or Psychology or significant relevant work experience
- Experience in successfully developing and implementing strategies that achieve organisation objectives within strict timeframes and budgets
- Experience in generating and implementing innovative and highly creative campaigns ideas and materials, including integrated digital communications and social media
- Excellent project management skills and experience in managing multiple projects to be delivered on time and on budget
- A keen interest in bringing about a change in the area of Diversity and Inclusion
