About the role.
As part of a team, the Planning and Reporting Officer contributes to a range of planning, reporting and stakeholder engagement activities /tasks to achieve Aboriginal Affairs NSW’s (AANSW) strategic and business objectives. The role also supports Directorates across AANSW in the implementation of planning and reporting processes and provides administrative support to the Ministerial Executive Services team.

- You have tertiary qualifications in a related field such as project management or business administration, or relevant experience within a complex agency
- You’re innovative and always looking for new ways to do things
- You’re a skilled multi-tasker with the ability to manage competing demands and work under pressure.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Adept at building strong relationships and ensuring that stakeholder interests are managed positively and professionally.
- You’re proficient in electronic document management systems, databases, spreadsheets, and electronic communication applications, including MS Office software, SAP and Objective.
- You have demonstrated ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with and understand issues impacting on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Salary: Clerk Grade 7/8. Package includes base salary ($106,025 - $117,363) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
