Our Workforce Reporting team thrives on teamwork and innovation, working on public sector workforce data sets. Our team works closely with stakeholders to generate evidence and insights to ensure decision about the public sector workforce provides maximum benefit to the citizens of NSW.
About the role.
The Senior Advisor, Workforce Reporting will lead the development of the annual State of the NSW Public Sector report. This report is an assessment of the NSW public sector’s performance, achievements, challenges, and priorities. We’re looking for a professional who can also manage other bespoke workforce data, employee experience surveys, analytics, reporting and research projects. You will bring strong project management skills to the role with experience in developing data analysis reports, issues papers and briefs. You will be able to research and stay on top of current trends and developments, assessing their potential for application in an environment which is subject to rapid change and development.

- You want to impact government decision making by applying your skills in research, report writing, analysis, and effective communication (particularly in report writing and data presentation or visuals) to drive high-profile reports.
- Drives complex research and report writing projects that impact whole of government, including their implementation and evaluation
- You understand the importance of leading projects to achieve project milestones and delivering results on time to influence key decisions and achieve strategic goals.
- You are committed to using your qualifications and experience to shape workforce data, analytics and reporting services, and make a significant impact in the public sector.

- Provide an example of how you have used human resources data to discover insights and identify trends. Provide background, reasoning and what solutions or advice you provided.

Salary: Clerk Grade 9/10. Package includes base salary ($120,859 - $133,183) plus superannuation and leave loading.
