About the role.

Shaping Futures is one of Australia’s leading government foresight teams. We lead the delivery of cross-sector strategic projects, steer comprehensive research, and harness data analysis, networked engagement and design thinking to empower government in anticipating emerging opportunities and challenges.

Operating at the intersection of policy development, strategic foresight, and systems thinking, this role concentrates on projects, programs, and stakeholder engagements with a transformative impact over extended time horizons. About the Department

Leading policy, strategy and integrity from the heart of government

  • We lead and coordinate strategy and policy across government, including action on the Government’s key priorities.
  • We provide expert independent policy, legal and governance advice to the Premier and Cabinet, including on National Cabinet matters.

Salary: Clerk Grade 9/10. Package includes base salary ($120,859 - $133,183) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
