  • We’re looking to build a talent pool of experienced, highly organised, creative and passionate Senior Event Officers to join our remarkable team to deliver high profile events in Sydney such as Australia Day and ANZAC Day.

  • We have one Senior Event Officer role available now for a 6 month temporary contract based in Martin Place, Sydney.

 

 

About the roles.

Dive into the dynamic world of coordinating NSW Government's premier events, where you'll manage creative direction, production, logistics, and operations. This involves programming artists, performances, and overseeing infrastructure and technical production requirements, ensuring compliance with government procedures, legislative requirements, and standards.

These roles extend beyond logistics, as you communicate vital event information to internal and external stakeholders through detailed site plans, production schedules, contracts, and permits.

You will thrive in developing and negotiating innovative solutions to event-related challenges, effectively managing risks effectively to safeguard government interests. Your expertise will extend to liaising and consulting with key internal and external stakeholders, including government authorities, to ensure a coordinated approach, building positive relationships that contribute to the success of each event.

Salary: Clerk Grade 9/10. Package includes base salary ($120,859 - $133,183) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
