About the role.

The Senior Partnerships Officer is a key part of the Northern Team and responsible for planning, leading, supporting, project, grants and consultation with the Aboriginal communities between Forster and Tweed Heads and west to Dorrigo and communities along the range.

You. Our ideal candidate. 

  • You have demonstrated skills to develop project plans, coordinating resources, managing budgets and meeting reporting requirements
  • You can facilitate a coordinated approach to resolving complex matters in a sensitive environment
  • You’re able to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management
  • You understand how to communicate sensitively and effectively with, and understand issues impacting on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
  • You have a current Driver’s License and willingness to undertake regional travel

Salary: Clerk Grade 9/10. Package includes base salary ($120,859 - $133,183) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
