The Shared Services branch works collaboratively with business divisions within NSW Department of Communities and Justice and agencies within the Cluster to provide corporate functions to ensure the Department and its people are well supported as strategic partners.
About the role
As Service Officer you will provide payroll administration services following procedures and customer experience principles in all interactions to ensure the enterprise resourcing planning system is accurate and up to date and to meet service levels.

- Experience in payroll processing such as;
- Appointments, leave and allowances and terminations

About you
In addition to meeting the essential requirements, the ideal candidate will also:
- Create a positive customer experience providing services, support and advice on payroll administration
- Maintain knowledge of and interpret employment conditions, entitlements, legislation, awards, policies, procedures.
- Contribute to team performance by capturing, updating and closing tickets to meet service levels
- Maintain the accuracy, integrity and quality of payroll
