About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for an Adviser Misconduct to join a dynamic team to provide confidential analysis and advice to all CSNSW officers that report misconduct, and help officers manage the misconduct process until resolution.
Advise on the misconduct process, including more complex matters, its framework, policies and code of ethical conduct and suitable pathways of resolution
· Undertake research and analysis, reviewing alternatives in relation to policy deliverables and to inform decision making
· Undertake research and collate information for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to contribute to the achievement of outcomes
