ABOUT THE ROLE

 

Human Resources is the backbone of our organisation. Our role is to support our people to deliver high-quality front-line services for Legal Aid NSW clients.

As the Business Partner Human Resources, you will provide consistent, expert advice and support to a range of leaders and staff across our organisation. You will manage the provision of specialised and strategic human resource services for your clients.


ABOUT YOU

 

You are a highly motivated and experienced human resources (HR) professional who thrives on the challenge of driving organisational change. You can balance strategic and operational responsibilities. You are an experienced team player with superior communication and influencing skills and demonstrated ability to identify and lead key HR initiatives to support the business in optimising their workforce and achieving strategic goals.


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

 

• A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience in Human Resources (or both)

• Willingness to undertake a Criminal Record Check or working with Children Check (or both) 

• Hold an Australian or NZ citizenship or be an Australian Permanent Resident

  1. This role provides advice on complex human resources-related issues to a range of internal stakeholders. Please describe how you build trust and respect with your stakeholders.

The selection process will include a range of comparative assessment techniques to assist in determining capability and suitability for the role.

This recruitment will be used to fill any current vacancies and may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future temporary or ongoing vacancies that may arise over the next 18 months.
