  • A relevant degree qualification in Business, Human Resources, Change Management or Psychology or significant relevant work experience

  • Experience in generating and implementing innovative and highly creative campaigns ideas and materials, including integrated digital communications and social media
  • Excellent project management skills and experience in managing multiple projects to be delivered on time and on budget
  • A keen interest in bringing about a change in the area of Diversity and Inclusion
