The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager Learning and Performance to be a part of the Organisational Development Centre of Excellence in Sydney Trains.

 

Reporting to the Senior Manager Organisational Capability, you will play a key role in the design, development and deployment of work programs in learning and development, performance management and onboarding.

 

This exciting new role is a rare mix of strategic design and operational delivery.  In your first twelve months, your priorities will include;

  • Delivery of a new learning framework that supports other remits in the OD portfolio
  • Design and delivery of blended learning programs relating to people leadership and workplace behaviours
     
About you

We are looking for a Learning and Development professional who has experience designing and delivering quality, fit-for-purpose learning solutions in a large, matrixed organisation.
 

You will have previously designed blended learning programs and you will have previously rolled out organisation wide learning frameworks which delivered measurable uplift in business capability.

Project and people management capability will also be integral to your success. Relevant program delivery experience may include; Redesign of intranet learning pages, implementation of LMS / HRIS systems, learning process redesign or the implementation of a learning function in a COE business context.

  • Relevant degree qualifications in: Human Resources, Adult Education, Learning and Development, Organisational Development, Organisational Change or related degree.
