This opportunity offers:

  • Full time role & 35 hour working week
  • Attractive annual salary $94,552 - $104,329 p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation

What You’ll be doing:

A rewarding opportunity exists within the Capability team at South Eastern Area Command to support the implementation and continuous improvement of learning and development opportunities for volunteers and staff. The successful candidate will collaborate with Districts and stakeholders in relation to the coordination and development of training and provide subject matter expert advice and support as required.

 

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with the ability to maintain competency and currency to national vocational standards for training and assessing
  • Level 2 Principal IMT qualification
  • Current Driver Licence and ability to travel
  • Willing to support operational management activities consistent with skills and background
