The opportunity

An exciting career opportunity exists for a Program Manager/Planner Signalling & Control Systems to play a pivotal role in planning Major Works Division’s programs and projects.

 

As the Program Manager/Planner you will support the Program Planning Manager in the initial scoping, sizing and planning of Major Works’ Division projects, as part of the annual planning cycle.

 

You will be accountable for specific project planning activities as delegated by the Program Planning Manager, including the initial development of project scopes, schedules, and estimates and management of designs to support a discipline specific Annual Works Program including the end to end project planning of smaller projects where appropriate.

 

This role coordinates the transition and communication of plans to Program / Project Managers for subsequent project delivery.

 

To be considered for the role you must have relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management, a related discipline or equivalent related industry experience. You will have significant experience in planning & delivering multi-discipline projects and programs of work particularly in a complex engineering and operational environment.
