About the role
This role will form part of our high performing Talent Acquisition team that looks after the recruitment throughout DCJ. Reporting to a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be an integral part of a team that partner with senior leaders within the business. As a TA subject matter expert you will drive and support improved decision making and approaches around how we attract, engage and hire the best and diverse talent for our business.
As a TA Officer you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment as well as finding innovative and exciting ways to bring great talent into the department.

About you
You will have an extensive track record in a recruitment role within either agency, RPO, or internal recruitment environment. As a TA professional, working with hiring managers and recruiting roles will be 2nd nature for you. In addition you will have:
- experience in either managing multiple recruitments with various disciplines or managing high volume recruitment
- sound working knowledge of best recruitment practices
- a strong consultative nature and customer centric approach in order to partner and influence at all levels
- Knowledge of Success Factors E-Recruitment system would be highly regarded but not mandatory.
- Experience in developing strategic sourcing using platforms such as Linked In & Seek Talent Search.
