About the Role

The Department of Premier and Cabinet currently has an exciting opportunity for you, an Associate Director, Evidence, Performance and Evaluation to join Women NSW in the Policy Group.

Located in Martin Place, Sydney and reporting to the Director, Women NSW, you will lead and manage the delivery of evaluations of significant programs and projects that will assist Women NSW to achieve their policy and program agenda.

The role will lead a small team of evaluation specialists to deliver large scale program, project and policy evaluations, develop evaluation methodologies and influence programs and policy design based on evaluation principles.

Salary: Clerk Grade 11/12. Package includes base salary ($131,094 - $151,609) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
