Newly created role with an emphasis on role design within the Department’s Workforce Transition team focusing on quality outcomes for our people.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a role design specialist to join a team focused on quality outcomes for our people. Reporting to the Lead, Organisation Design, you will be responsible supporting the development of the Department’s role design resources to build and support role description processes. You will also be a subject matter expert supporting the Workforce Transition team with role description development, role reviews and job evaluation.

PRE-SCREENING QUESTIONS

KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Tertiary qualifications or experience in a relevant discipline.
  • Accredited in Mercer CED Job Evaluation methodology.
