Location – Sydney CBD and/or Parramatta 

Ongoing full-time opportunity

Salary ranging from $106,025 to $117,363pa. Plus, employer contribution to superannuation (11%) and annual leave loading (17.5%)

 

Your role

 

Lead and manage a team in a demanding, high-volume environment to ensure effective and timely service delivery to people with a decision-making disability, hearing participants, the public and Tribunal members.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Manage staff and allocate resources to ensure registry standards are met and quality services are delivered to customers.
  • Plan, monitor and organise workloads across the team to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Manage staff performance ensuring expectations are clear and understood.
  • Provide advice and report to the Executive on team operations and contribute to the development of business improvements that enhance customer service and improve efficiency.

 

 

What we’re looking for

 

A motivated and dedicated team leader with:

 

  • Experience leading a team in a high-volume customer service environment.
  • Interest in and or experience assisting people with disability.
  • Ability to develop skills and knowledge of legislation, legal principles, and procedures
