Welcome to the new and upgraded Toozly website

Toozly is delighted to announce that it has completely upgraded its website incorporating a number of innovations and new features that will make accessing the website a much easier and a smoother process.

Toozly has a fresher look with easier navigation icons for people with disability and is now structured using WCAG guidelines for web content accessibility. For jobseekers, Toozly has now mostly removed the previous mandatory requirements in order to streamline registration and job applications. For employers Toozly has improved the subscription and job posting payment system as well as improved email notifications.

Employers can now pay for job ads, either single, multiple or an annual subscription providing an unlimited number of job ads over a 12-month period directly through the website using Credit card via Stripe. Stripe is a payment processing gateway with the same security features of PayPal.

Toozly now has incorporated an FAQ style “How to Guide” to assist both jobseekers and employers to navigate the website and you will find this in the Resource section.

Toozly is looking forward to welcoming new and existing users to its upgraded platform and particularly welcomes employers who have recently joined the Toozly family.

We at Toozly have been working hard to ensure that we stay relevant, that we continue to encourage employers to see the social and financial benefits of employing people with disability and that we provide easy access for jobseekers with disability to apply for jobs through our job board. We were determined to just focus on jobseekers with disability as we believed they were an enormous untapped resource of job ready people with disability who could add value to any employer.

Toozly has always been free for jobseekers and we continue to offer our services for no charge.
We charge employers an annual subscription to post an unlimited number of jobs over a 12-month period.

Over the years we have built up our employer base, the pandemic notwithstanding, and we are very happy to welcome a number of national companies such as Toyota Australia and Amazon who have recently joined the Toozly family. We have also established a partnership with Broadbean, a talent management system.

We would encourage jobseekers to get on board and start searching and applying for jobs and employers to have access to the many thousands of jobseekers across Australia who are currently registered with and searching for jobs on Toozly. Toozly is a little like a dating website for employment- employers and jobseekers are both searching for their ideal match!
